Each week, Year 6 will be set different homework. Details are listed below:

Collin's English and Maths Homework

At the end of each week, pupils in Year 6 will be set homework in their homework books. The page numbers that they need to complete will be told to the children. 

Spellings

Spellings are tested every Thursday and new spellings are set after the test. This week's spellings are: 

Reading

Children have two reading tasks a week. They should read their 'book band' books for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week at a minimum. The more you read the more likely you are to succeed! They also have access to Reading Plus which is an excellent way to practise reading comprehension.

IAmLearning

Homework tasks are set on I Am Learning weekly for Maths and English.  Please log in regularly to check and complete your task.  All pupils have their own log in details.

Home Learning Log

Home Learning Log tasks are set regularly.  This is an opportunity for pupils to showcase their presentation, research and artistic skills.  Tasks will be set that offer pupils creative freedom and the opportunity to showcase their talents.
