Children can enter school from 8:30am and must be in school by 8:45am. The register is taken at 8:55am.

We expect children to be present, on time every day.  The gates on the playground will be closed at 8:45am, so if your child is late they will need to come into school via the main doors on Rood End Road.

Mrs Dodd, our Education Welfare Officer monitors the children's attendance and identifies those who are late to school.  Persistent lateness or absenteeism is routinely challenged as we believe that attendance and punctuality at school are vital to ensuring good progress in learning.
